Infrared inspection is wildly used in inspection of composite materials. Usually it is supposed that composite materials are non conductive. Bat Carbone fiber has good enough conductivity. This Carbone fiber martial property is used in Eddy current inspection. It is difficult to perform such inspection, because the thickness of modern carbon fiber materials is irregular and a lot of supporting stringer and reinforcements exists under the skin. To make inspection faster, more reliable and representative it is possible to measure intensively of eddy current in material be registration heating from this current, registered by infrared camera. Such type of infrared inspection of carbon fiber martial has very high potential, because we not measure the changes in heat conduction properties of material. The main advantages are: We not input heat into material through the surface (paint e.t.c) heat induced in material, imperfections itself produce another volume of heat in comparison with base material. With change of excitation frequency we can change the heating layer.
