This paper will focus on the non-destructive evaluation of pull-off adhesion between polymer cement concrete repair overlay with variable thickness and concrete substrate by means of artificial intelligence. In order to evaluate this adhesion the use of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods will be proposed. Methods such as: optical laser 3D scanning, on the surface of the concrete substrate in order to obtain the 3D roughness parameters, three acoustic methods on the surface of the repair overlay and precise surveying method in order to measure the thickness of this overlay will be used. In order to associate the results obtained by means of NDT methods and predict the values of the pull-off adhesion the random forest algorithm based model will be proposed.
